PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
1. The data provided by the User will be processed, without the User’s prior consent pursuant to Art. 24 lett. b) Privacy Code and art. 6 lett. b) GDPR, for the following Service purposes:

MODE OF TREATMENT
The processing of user data is carried out by means of the operations specified in Art. 4 Privacy Code and Art. 4 n. 2) GDPR and specifically: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, access, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of data.

Users’ data are processed by automated and non-automated means and, in any case, in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of such data, only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and, in any case, no longer than 10 years from their collection for the Service purposes referred to in paragraph 1 paragraph 1 and no longer than 2 years from their collection for the Commercial purposes referred to in paragraph 1 paragraph 2.

Without the express consent of users (ex art. 24 lett. a), (b), (d) Privacy Code and Art. 6 lett. (b) and (c) GDPR), Casa Vinicola Bosco Malera srl may communicate users’ data for the purposes of Service to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities as well as to all other subjects to whom the communication is obligatory by law for the fulfillment of the specified purposes, as autonomous data controllers. Users’ data will not be disseminated.
Personal data may come to the attention of data processors.

Personal data will not be communicated to other subjects, nor will they be subject to dissemination except for the assistance structures connected to Casa Vinicola Bosco Malera srl., as well as to professional firms or companies as dutiful participants for the purposes of carrying out this activity, as well as the fulfillment of regulatory and fiscal obligations related to it.

Subjects to whom personal data refer also have the right to obtain confirmation: (a) of the origin of personal data; (b) of the purposes and methods of processing; (c) of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of automated tools; (d) of the identification details of the owner, managers and designated representative; e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or appointees.

Individuals to whom personal data refer also have the right to obtain: (a) updating, rectification or, when interested, supplementation of data; (b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; (c) certification that the transactions referred to in subparagraphs. (a) and (b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.

Individuals to whom personal data refer have the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to process personal data concerning them, even if relevant to the purpose of collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication (e.g. inherent to newsletter services).
